 The plan provides cashback on core healthcare benefits such as dental, optical and physiotherapy. Dependants up to the age of 18 are automatically covered under the scheme. No medical required to join. Pre existing conditions are covered and no GP referral required before having treatment.
 Hospital Cover: You can also receive cashback on key hospital appointments such as specialist consultation, X Ray, and MRI scans.
 This benefit is a taxable benefit and at the end of the tax year, the company will file a P11D form with the HMRC on your behalf. We will discuss the taxable implications further with you, before we enrol you, to make sure you are happy with the arrangements
Life Assurance
For your peace of mind
 You will automatically be enrolled to our life assurance scheme. The company will make a tax free lump sum payment to your nominated beneficiaries in the event of your death whilst employed by the company. You will be asked to fill in a beneficiary form and can change your beneficiaries whenever you want to.
