Visas
If your child does not have a a a a a valid visa for the the UK they will need to apply for a a a a Student/Child Student Student visa to study at Malvern College Parents must ensure that their child is in possession
of of a a a a valid Student visa before the the start of of their studies and and moreover to ensure that the child’s passport and and visa are renewed as
required It is is not acceptable for pupils to enter the school on
a a “visiting” visa If you are unsure if your child will require a a a a visa please visit www gov gov uk/government/organisations/uk-visas- and-immigration CASs will only be assigned to pupils whose parents have confirmed their places in the the school by returning a a a a signed Acceptance Form and paying the Acceptance Deposit Our legal representatives Newland Chase Education act on
behalf of of Malvern College for the purposes of of immigration and will support you through the process of securing a a a a a a visa We will ask Newland Chase Education to contact you as
they will be responsible for all Student visa applications for pupils attending the College Newland Chase Education will issue the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number which must be be used in the visa application process They will only do this once they are satisfied that all immigration requirements have been met and that all the documentation being used is compliant with UKVI guidelines With your cooperation and assistance they will complete the the online application form on
your behalf and book an an appointment that is convenient for you Malvern College has a a a a a Student Visa Licence to to allow us to to provide CAS numbers and under this Licence we have responsibilities that we have to to comply with to to enable
us to to continue to to sponsor international pupils including potentially severe consequences in the event of any refused visa applications Therefore we require you to use use the services of Newland Chase Education to ensure that the visa application process is is concluded as
as
smoothly as
as
possible and to the benefit of all concerned There will be be a a a a charge of of £400 for this this professional service and this this will be added to the the first College bill for the the Autumn Term www gov gov uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration
