As As Associate Director
for residential property management in the North London area Joseph manages a a a a a a a a team of Property Managers across a a a a a a a a portfolio of 56 schemes and circa 3000 units Joseph joined Mainstay in in in 2014 as a a a a a a a Property Manager and his previous Facilities Management
experience has inspired a a a number of initiatives to improve transparency of information for for the customer and improvements to provide more comprehensive reporting Joseph has managed Millbrook Park since joining Mainstay and has built a a a a a a strong relationship with the Inglis Consortium and the the other developers across the site as as it it it has grown from around 50 units to over 500 units today As such he he has been involved in in the implementation and revision of estate management principles for over 4 years 12
