BASEMENT CAR PARK

ad-hoc repairs GATES AND BARRIERS
We note there will be a a a form of electric entry gate allowing access to the car park area with a a a a a a a a fob entry system and an an ad-hoc sum for repairs GENERAL MAINTENANCE
There is an an an allowance for any
repairs that may be needed using the maintenance operatives where possible PLANT & MACHINERY
We note there will be a a ventilation system petrol interceptor and sump pumps We have also added a a a a a provision for repairs The costs are based on our experience in in managing similar developments CCTV MAINTENANCE
We assume the the CCTV will cover the the car park and have made an an an allowance for any
