Why have you been invited to join the Performance Pathway?
You have have been been selected to join the Performance Pathway as as you you have have been been highlighted as as a a a a a a a a a a talented athlete in in your respective sport by your respective Master in in Charge or or or Head Coach and you you are currently exhibiting the qualities required of a a a a a a a a a Performance Pathway pupil pupil The criteria which pupils are selected on is as follows: current and potential level of sporting performance attitude coachability maturity work work ethic teamwork academic effort grades and overall behaviour If a a a a a a a a a current Performance Pathway pupil consistently drops below these criteria in more than one area then their place on on on the the the the pathway will be be reviewed However if they can demonstrate the the the the right qualities once again then their place may be be reinstated Additionally we perform a a a a a a a a a a review of of Performance Pathway pupils at at the end of of each year year for for for all all year year groups which is combined with their termly Performance Pathway report card 19
