Mentoring
To ensure Performance Pathway pupils manage their busy timetables effectively we offer mentoring for for all FY Remove and Hundred pupils and and try to to to best match the the the mentor mentor and and mentee mentee by personality relationship etc All mentors will meet their mentees at at at the the the beginning of of each each term term and and remote contact via email and and Teams throughout each each term term We of of course stay in constant communication with our our pupils through their Performance Pathway sessions and and in and and around school However if a a a a a a a a pupil pupil requires more contact then the the the mentor will aim to to to be available at at the the pupil’s convenience to to to discuss any matter of concern to to to them THE PERFORMANCE PATHWAY
