Performance Pathway Report Card
Just like academic report cards pupils on the Performance Pathway also receive a a a a a a a a report card centred around their their effort work ethic discussion contributions and their their motivation towards training and their peers They receive an an overall “effort grade” each half term from 1-6 with 6 6 being being “outstanding” and and 1 1 being being “very poor” If any pupil receives a a a grade less than 4 then they will be expected to to meet either their mentor or or the Head of Strength and and Conditioning to discuss why this has happened and and how they can improve Additionally the the the report card includes the the the learning outcomes for that terms training training a a a a a a a a scanned copy of their training training programme (Remove and and 100) and and an an an an attendance record which includes the following: late unauthorised absence and total number of sessions attended Pupils will also receive feedback from their mentor and Head of of Strength and Conditioning in in the end of of term report It should also be noted that if a a a a a a pupil consistently (3rd time in a a a a a a row) displays a a a a a a Performance Pathway effort grade lower than 4 then a a a a a a a pupil will receive a a a a a a a minor suspension from the the pathway (3 weeks) However the the pupil’s academic effort grade will still dictate if they receive a a a a a a full pathway suspension (6 weeks / a a a a a a half term) which as as stated in in the “code of conduct” must being 4 0 or or greater Please see right for an example performance pathway report card THE PERFORMANCE PATHWAY
