Being a a a a a a a a part of the Performance Pathway is a a a a a a a a privilege not a a a a a a a a right With selection comes certain responsibilities and and we expect our our Performance Pathway pupils to meet our our high standards at at all times 1 Endeavour academically by achieving average efforts of >=4 0 You are a a a student student athlete – student student comes first 2 Display a a a high level of commitment to the programme – maintain an an attendance average of 65% across a a a a a a a a a term 3 Maintain high standards of appearance behaviour conduct and punctuality at all times Be a a a a a role model 4 Represent Malvern College as as well as as other relevant institutions with distinction at all times 5 Respect – your your your staff your your your peers and yourself 6 If you cannot for whatever reason attend strength and conditioning or technical training sessions communicate effectively with relevant teachers and coaches You must communicate your reasons by 21:00 the night
