3.7 Proposed Management Team for Albion Mill
Sean Moran
MIRPM
Property Manager
Sean is responsible for developing the most important day to day relationship for the scheme, with Directors, on-site Property Manager, Leaseholders and community.
Sean has been employed by Mainstay for over 10 years and has been working as a Property Manager since 2011, having attained both Membership of IRPM and Customer Service quali cations. Sean has managed a range of developments, from small standalone blocks and estate only schemes to very large phased estates and sheltered retirement properties. Sean’s passion for property management and customer service, as well as  nding solutions to problems is evident in his day to day work as he consistently strives for and achieves exemplary levels of customer service.
Sean is focused on identifying ways each individual site can reasonably reduce costs through tendering contracts and carrying
out energy saving works, both of which have been achieved with great success on previous developments. Sean prides himself on being friendly and approachable and would be glad to o er any help or advice to all stakeholders of the properties under his management. Sean is based in Worcestershire.

Alex Siegle
BA (Hons), MIRPM Associate Director
Alex is the  rst line of escalation and support for the Property Manager, the Directors, the on-site Property Manager and Leaseholders.
Alex has been working in the property industry for the past 17 years. His  rst roles were with a small family run Commercial and Residential Lettings company, managing a mixed portfolio of properties where he had responsibility for purchasing and refurbishing the properties, marketing them to prospective tenants, and then managing the ongoing maintenance of the properties and carrying out lease renewals and rent reviews.
Alex joined Mainstay Group in the Residential Block Management team where he has remained for the past 9 years. He has built up a wealth of experience, reinforced by professional training and accreditation, holding Membership of IRPM, on a varied and wide ranging residential and mixed use portfolio of properties in South Wales and South West England which has included developments with up to 750 properties.
