In every aspect of the design process of SecurXX’s Long Term Care Residences,
the primary focus was always on the everyday enjoyment of its highly
respected Residents.
In all central areas on every floor, wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows
allow these areas to be flooded with natural light, bringing, as much as
possible, the outdoor environment into the indoor everyday lives of the
Residents.
From the spacious and airy Reception Lounge (16 ft ceiling height), to the fun
and exciting Recreation Floor, to the very special Sky Deck experience,
Residents will always have a variety of wonderful choices as to where they
enjoy their everyday pleasures.
Five elevators provide comfortable and ample movement between the four
interior floors, and three elevators to the Sky Deck.
The Dining Room’s wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows provide a very
bright and cheerful dining experience where plentiful seating options allow for
all Residents to enjoy their meals together in the same Meal Time hour. Further,
the dining experience is enhanced with specialized tableware, replete with
silverware wrapped in linen table napkins.
