The new dust collection system available on the DH28PD is a marked improvement over previous systems which use the air flow created by the rotating bit to blow any dust not carried by the flutes of the bit out of the hole .
The new DH28PD uses the suction of the dust collection fan to draw dust from the hole being drilled, resulting
in a higher rate
of dust collection . A cleaner hole makes placement of anchors and adhesives quicker and more reliable .
