       Mole:
A traditional Mexican sauce served with meat usually containing fruit, chilis, nuts and spices. Usually associated with Puebla and Oaxaca but also found in other states. It is an example of the mixed heritage of Mexico

Cochinita pibil (pork marinated for 12 hours, braised in achiote paste, orange juice and lime. Originally from the Yucatan
Capirotada de vigilia- a traditional Mexican food similar to bread pudding usually eaten on Good Friday and during Lent
Sopa Azteca:Crunchy tortilla chips, avocado, pork rinds and cheese were divided between bowls and the papilla chili and tomato based broth was ladled over the top.
