As we begin 2020, I feel it is a great time to reflect on what we have accomplished, be thankful for our successes and look forward to making our business even stronger. I’d like to start by saying how much I appreciate each one of the members in our RE/MAX organization. We continue to hold the number one market share in Michigan, and I recognize our region would not be where it is today without the contributions made by all our associates.
I know 2020 will be another great year for our region.
The world is moving fast in terms of technology, and it is important to keep pace with the changes. This holds true in terms of both tools that our agents use in their business and in the way we reach consumers. As we move through 2020, look for announcements on the new Booj technology. The features of the platform – including website templates, automated marketing, and contact management are going to be powerful. I’m also excited to announce that we have partnered with iHeart Media and will be moving our RE/MAX Real Estate Insights Show to a podcast format. With audio technology becoming increasingly popular and easily available to consumers, we will now be able to provide expert real estate content to consumers everywhere they listen and every way they listen. Look for more exciting announcements on this new partnership as we begin 2020.
Innovative tools, staying cutting edge, and commitment to success are part of our culture. The regional leadership team and I are committed to always researching and investigating new ways to nourish this culture. This is what drives our success and I’m grateful for all of you being a part of it.
