Include the following information in every newsletter:
1. Site Name
2. Sponsored by Clinton Township Recreation
3. Hours of Operation
a. Monday – Thursday b. 8:30 am – 3:00 pm*
i. *Closed for lunch from 11:45 am – 12:30 pm, Children must go to a supervised location for lunch – unless enrolled in lunch pass
c. Dates closed for 4th of July week
d. Outdoor sites: will be closed for severe weather
4. Week # (i.e., Week 3) and Dates for the Week

Due Dates & Dropbox
 First draft of typed Newsletter and Lesson Plan (labeled & color coded) due Wednesday at 8:00am – in Dropbox
 All Final Newsletters and Lesson Plans must be submitted to Dropbox by 8:00am Thursday
 Please save newsletters in format: SiteName.nl.wk# (i.e., Erie.nl.wk3) Please save lesson plans in format: SiteName.lp.wk# (i.e., Ottawa.lp.wk1)
