WELCOME TO THE STAFF
OF CLINTON TOWNSHIP RECREATION!
You have been selected from a large pool of applicants to service the families of Clinton Township. You are joining a stellar group of individuals who have made Clinton Township Recreation the outstanding organization it is today. We have very high expectations of you. This book will outline your responsibilities and is an excellent resource.
As a member of our select team, we expect you to be a positive role model for the participants in your program. We expect that you will communicate with the public in a warm, compassionate and professional manner. Because your team members are counting on you, we expect you to be punctual and dependable. Thanks to our Resource Library and your own skills we expect your performance to be “cutting edge”.
You work for the 7th largest community in the state of Michigan and the 3rd largest township in the nation. More importantly, you work for the tax paying families of Clinton Township. They are some of the most active and supportive families in the metro Detroit area. These families pay our salaries and buy our supplies. They deserve the best that you can give – all day - every day.
Remember you are part of a great team and family that is Clinton Township Recreation; and that each of us are counting on you. Because of this family – you are never alone and can count on each and every one of us. Any time a question arises refer to this handbook first.
