Mom-Son Fun Day
We have heard your request and invite you to the return of a tradition. Join us for Mom-Son Fun Day at Fern Hill Banquet Center. The tradition will include our Mom/Son team that participate in a variety of fun activities. Mom/Son will test their skills at bowling, fowling, pillow-polo, basketball shoot-out and more. The tradition always includes a pizza lunch and a special gift for Mom!
Pre-registration is required – spots will fill fast!

PLEASE NOTE: Online registration is not available for this program.
Join us for a day of fun and memories that you will not forget! Couples will enjoy thier meal, dessert, a keepsake picture, gift for each daughter and Candy Land themed activities! Dads and daughters should wear dress clothes and dancin’ shoes as the DJ will keep everyone moving on the dance floor!
A total of 10 people can sit at each table. In order to sit with another family you MUST have your complete request on the form: first and last names of each person in the ENTIRE GROUP. Pre-registration is required and this event will sell out – register as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you there!

Mommarazzi area will open 30 minutes prior to the dance. Moms can enter the lobby only to take pictures.
EARLY REGISTRATION CONTEST REGISTER BY DECEMBER 7 Register your family for the dance by December 7,
2018 and be entered to a drawing for a FREE LIMO RIDE from your home to the dance and back! Your completed registration form with payment will be your contest entry.
