Dear RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan Family,
The new year is always a time of excitement and renewal. It’s also a time to reflect on the past, set goals and plan for the future. As we begin 2017, I’m looking forward to another prosperous and exciting year for our region.
We had an amazing year of growth in 2016, ending the year with over 50 offices and over 900 agents. We also continued to dominate the market through 4th quarter, holding the number one market share among the top five brands in our region. We saw a significant increase in commissions earned by our agents as well as volume sold and transactions closed over the previous year. We ran a very successful advertising campaign that generated nearly 2 billion consumer
impressions and increased the number of visits to our regional website. The results - more leads for our agents than ever before. Many of our agents took advantage of the training events the region provided throughout the year such as Momentum, Tom Ferry and Tech Tour. All these trainings provided our agents with knowledge and power to strengthen and expand their business.
I am extremely grateful and proud of the generosity that our agents have for the RE/MAX Communication Preschool Program. I am pleased to say that we exceeded our region’s 2016 contribution goal by over 100%. At the end of the 4th quarter, our agents donated over $100,000 to Children’s Miracle Network through the Miracle Home System! Many children who need care from the RE/MAX Communication Preschool Program will receive scholarship funding in 2017 because of our agent’s generosities.
I know 2017 will be another great year for our region. I look forward to helping our agents take their business to the max with our new
monthly Max Potential trainings and other advantageous training events, branding the RE/MAX name throughout southeast Michigan with more exciting advertising, and continuing to be #1 in southeast Michigan!
