Cutting Edge Gymnastics
Ninjas (Ages 6-13 years): Ninjas will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Ninja Classes are fitness and agility based classes that blend Gymnastics and skills similar to Par-Kour and American Ninja Warrior for kids. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as custom made ninja structure. Ninja classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.

Girls Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 6-13 years): Beginner gymnastics skills. Students will learn basic skills on all events: Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault and Trampoline. Our coaches create an environment with positive reinforcement and the encouragement necessary to keep athletes motivated.
