To obtain a pass you will need the following paperwork:
• A complete dog park pass application
• Valid dog license (paper, NOT tags)
• Rabies Vaccination (with expiration date)
• DHPP Vaccination (with expiration date)
• Bordetella Vaccination (with expiration date) • Owners Drivers License
• Payment
