This class is perfect for the teen or preteen wanting to improve their coordination, focus, stamina, strength, and self confidence all while relieving stress and making new friends. All levels of fitness welcome. A free uniform is included in the price. However, your child should wear comfortable clothing such as sweat pants and a t-shirt for the first class. On the last class, your child will demonstrate what he/she has learned followed by a completion ceremony where they will receive a belt and a certificate.

provide a Sunday night stay at the MacKenzie lodge and provide you with two days of ski rental equipment!! The Lodge has a year round heated pool and hot tub. All rooms are moderately large hotel type rooms with two double beds in them! You can ski right up to the lodge from the slopes!! Caberfae is located in Northern Michigan’s Snow Belt, expect lots of snow! The terrain is very diverse. From gentle cruisers like the 3⁄4 mile run “Smiling Irishman,” to the thrilling steeps of “Bullet & GG’s Ride,” Caberfae boasts some of the state’s longest runs and biggest vertical drops!
