SPECIAL EVENTS
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2 7:00 – 11:00 P.M. Girl Scout Lock-In
Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts, come explore the wild side of nature long into the night with Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan and the Outdoor Adventure Center! At this late-night lock-in event, girls will explore the interactive nature exhibits, go on a night hike, roast marshmallows over a bonfire, sing camp songs, and so much more. Girls will earn one of four badges, work on the Winter Get Outdoors Challenge, earn the 2019 Global Action Award and earn the Outdoor Education mini-patch for their Outdoor Skills patch.
FEE: Included with the price of admission.

Overnight Family Campout
Join us for the, INDOOR campout at the Outdoor Adventure Center! Learn how to pitch a tent, build a campfire, and roast marshmallows. We provide everything for an evening of fun: games and activities for the entire family including – s’mores, bottled water, and a pancake breakfast. Children of all ages are welcome!
Each site can accommodate up to six people with an eight- person tent. Please email us with your tent dimensions if you have an oversized tent. Don’t forget to pack a sleeping bag, air mattress and pillow! A limited number of loaner tents are available (be sure to register separately for a loaner tent).
Quiet time begins at 11:00 p.m. No alcohol allowed at this event.
Utility carts will be available for unloading and transporting equipment to our second-floor campsites.
FEE: $15 per person
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
