This class will bring you maximum results with a group of motivating people just like you, who want to make a dramatic change in their physical & mental well-being. You’ll get leaner and stronger as you shed the fat and build lean, hard muscle. It’s time to transform your body. This class is challenging, it will help you lose body fat and achieve a high level of physical conditioning! Class will consist of cardio, weight lifting, interval training and more. You will squat, lunge and crunch your way to a better body. Get in the best shape of your life!

By now I’m sure you have heard of Apple’s -SIRI, Amazon’s - ALEXA and Google Assistant, well we have our own “Smart Speaker”- Kathy! If you have questions about registration, athletic schedules, prices, cancellations, scholarships or just want to know what’s playing at one of our concerts, ask KATHY! We are very fortunate to have such a dynamic, knowledgeable, dedicated team member in the Recreation Department! Many of you probably communicate with her through email, social media or on the phone and we wanted to take the time to thank Kathy for her excellent customer service and introduce her to our community! Kathy Edwards has been working for the recreation department for 16 years and we could not be where we are today without her! Thanks Kathy!
