RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan is making sure your advertising dollars are hard at work. From out of home advertising to television, radio and print, our 2018 advertising campaign allows consumers to see and hear our story more than any other real estate brand.
Out of Home Advertising
Our out of home advertising for 2018 consists of billboards and SMART buses. This is a great way to reach consumers on their daily commutes to and from work. Potential clients will see billboards on all the major freeways throughout our region and the SMART bus routes will reach consumers on
all the major roads within our cities where the boards cannot be seen. The billboards and buses compliment each other perfectly! This campaign has thirty to sixty billboards and nearly 250 SMART buses branding our message and will generate nearly 200 million impressions!
Radio
Television
Television is a great way for consumers to hear our message. Starting in spring we will be running 15 second and 30 second commercials. Our ads will primarily be placed in the morning and evening news.
News is always fresh and consumers tend to be loyal to their news stations. This is a great way for us to reach potential clients thinking of buying or selling a home this spring. Our television campaign will generate nearly four billion impressions!
Print
RE/MAX will be the exclusive real estate sponsor again this year for HBA’s Parade of Homes. This sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the Parade of Homes magazine which is distributed through major retailers and financial institutions across southeast Michigan. Our logo will be included on all promotional materials and all parade home sites. This is a great way to target consumers specifically in the market to buy or sell a home.
In addition to our very own RE/MAX Real Estate Insights Show that airs every Thursday night on 760 am WJR, we will be running a host of :15 and :30 commercials across WJR, WDZH, WOMC, WWJ, WXYT and WYCD this spring. Another great way for consumers to hear our story and reach potential clients thinking of buying or selling this spring.
Digital
RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan uses ACE (Automatic Contact Engagement) thru RisMedia to ensure we have a digital footprint. Each post that is shared is not only branded to RE/MAX, but is branded to our agents as well.
