Birding the Riverfront
October is a great time to observe migratory birds. We will take a walk along the riverfront to view the birds that either call Detroit home, or are just passing through to their wintering grounds. Whether you are new to birdwatching, or an expert birder, all are welcome at this program! We will have a limited number of binoculars to borrow. We recommend joining the fun at the start time. We may not be able to accommodate those who arrive more than 15 minutes into the activity.

Senior Stroll: Autumn in the Park
Is your senior group looking for a new experience? We have a great new adventure for your consideration. Join us at the Michigan DNR Outdoor Adventure Center for a self-guided experience and attend a special fall stroll and learn about the wonderful Milliken State Park and the historic landmarks. Bring your cameras to take some fall pictures.
