OAC REFUND POLICY
OAC PROGRAMS
To receive a refund for a class, program or special event, you must contact the OAC by email at DNR- OAC@michigan.gov at least three (3) business days prior to the event date. This allows us to place persons on a waiting list in your spot. Without this timely notice, a refund is not available.
ROOM RENTALS
Fifty percent of your rental fee will be refunded up to 3 months prior to your event date. If you cancel within 90 days of your event, you will forfeit your payment. However, you will receive the $500 security deposit. Fees are non-transferrable.
CONTRACTUAL PROGRAMS (bookings with partner organizations)
