2017 CALEA COMMISSIONERS
A 21-member Board of Commissioners governs CALEA. They re ect a representation from
law enforcement, public safety organizations, business, academia, the judiciary, state/provincial and local government.
An executive board is elected at each November CALEA Conference for the following year.
The 2017 Executive Board was: Chairperson/ President, Richard W. Myers; Vice Chairperson/ Vice President Craig Webre; Secretary, Curtis Holt, and Treasurer, Anthony Purcell.
Four Commissioners retired in 2017:
Curtis Holt, Richard Myers, John Kittredge, and Garry Lucas.
Four new commissioners appointed to the board:
Timothy Dunning, Leigh Anne Knight, Jean Toal, and Jeffrey Smythe.
