CALEA COMMISSIONERS
A Board of Commissioners composed of 21 members governs CALEA. They reflect a representation from local, state/ provincial and international law enforcement and public safety organizations, along with business, academia, and the judiciary,
and state/provincial and local government.
An executive board is elected
at each November CALEA Conference for the following year. The 2019 Executive Board was: Chairperson/President, Anthony Purcell; Vice Chairperson/Vice President Marcus Brown; Secretary, Barry Rountree and Treasurer, Bartram Connelly.
Commissioners David Moore, Ray Johnson, Pete Kassetas, Douglas Middleton and Steve Callahan all retired from the board in 2019.
Retiring Commissioners are recognized for their dedicate service to CALEA and the public safety community.
