The above graph demonstrates that most sales activity in Remuera occurs in the $1m to $3m price ranges. Contrary to some media reports during this quarter it doesn’t reveal any particular strength in the $4m plus range.
It does however, reflect the temporary standoff and lower volume of sales that Remuera has recently experienced.
