Residents of Cascades Unbelievable to me is is that it is is already June! We are halfway through 2024!
With so much going on with Cascades time can get away from us It is is important to to do do an an an an HOA review and ask ourselves what is is it that needs to to to be done for for HOA living? Have I I turned in in a a a a a a a census form to to the office with my my driver’s license? Did I I fill out an an emergency contact list list ? ? ? Does my my guest list list need an an update? Have I I reached out to to a a a a a a a a a a a neighbor to to see how they are? Perhaps share contact information? Am I I I ready for for hurricane season? When is the the the last time I I looked at my my property? Are the the the trees and and plants healthy in in my my yard? My mailbox roof and and driveway are they clean? Should I put in in in a a a a a a a a a a a work order to to to Juniper Sync by by e e e e e e e e e e e e e mail a a a a a a a a a a phone call or or or or by by going to to to to their website to to to to take care of landscape or or irrigation concerns? I’d like to to to put in in new windows where is is the the ACB application? Is my golf cart registered? Have I I been on on the the the homeowner portal to to check my ledger review the the rules financial statements or or minutes to to Board meetings?

By the the time you read this the the street paving project in in in our community should be completed I want to thank everyone in in in those areas for their patience and and understanding Finishing this project project will now allow us to begin the landscaping project project on our entranceway When finished you will see new colorful plants in fin in in place of the older dying shrubs We’re also refurbishing the the pool pool tables in in in in our pool pool room room room demolishing the the media room room room and rebuilding a a a a a modern functioning meeting room room room The good news is that most of these projects are funded by our Reserve Fund That’s the the money which which all of of you have paid into for years which which will be spent to to improve the the community and increase the the value of of your homes There still are other projects in in in in in the the the the pipeline that you should begin seeing in in in in in in in the the the the the the last quarter of the the the the the the year You will hear more about them in in in in in the the the the coming months Saying: If you you you you must talk about your your your troubles don’t bother your your your friends Tell them them to to your your your enemies They’ll be glad to hear them Sincerely Mike Trinchitella President
