Jeanne and her husband Kai finalized the adoption of the two
children that were both placed with them in 2018 after being separated in foster care. The adoption was finalized on 12/3/21 .
Photos are from the outside of the courthouse. Because of COVID they didn't get to have a full hearing, so they made a family trip out of picking up the finalized decrees.
The judge snuck outside to take photos and give the kids a little gift.
