want to give the award to Gary Lindsey. He
deserves it because he is a great electrician
who you can go to at any time for questions or to brainstorm a solution to a problem and always sets a good example.

ere's my Abundance and Appreciation Award nominee, Mike Montgomery.
Iwas surprised by the difficulty of choosing a person to receive the Abundance and Appreciation Award. There are countless VECA employees that I believe deserve recognition. But one of the names
that was constantly at the top of my list is none other than Mike Montgomery. There’s no question about why Mikey Mo has been with VECA for so many years. He shows up every day ready to put all his effort into whatever task he has in front of him, or the crew he is leading. Always with a great attitude and sense of humor. Then to top it all off, the guy grows a nice head of hair.
have chosen Venny Fefelov. When Venny was a
second year, I leaned on him to clean up an entire floor of lighting control that had a lot of make-up issues, and when he was done it was 100%. With the mechanical skills and a big brain, he is a natural at this trade. Also, the kind of guy that helps make work fun.
He is now a superstar foreman at the age of 14. A very patient man. He hardly even gets annoyed when the old guy asks for help on the computer. Nicely done Venny!

was a little surprised
when I was chosen to receive the abundance & appreciation award last month, however, the person I’m passing it along to will come as no surprise to anyone, Jim Fullwiler.
I met Jim over 16 years
ago when I was a first-year apprentice. He immediately took me under his wing and has been a great mentor ever since. Jim has an abundance of knowledge that he takes great pride
in sharing with everyone. I know firsthand how much
