Request Fulfillment Process
Request Fulfillment is the process for dealing with service requests from users
• Many small, low-risk changes
• Usually handled via the Service Desk
• Use a similar, but separate process from incident management • Have their own request form
• May use Service Request models for standardization of delivery

proceduralized, easily deliverable service.
