The CSI Register
It is recommended that a CSI register be kept to record all improvement opportunities; and that each improvement opportunity be categorized by size (small, medium, or large undertakings) and (medium-term, or long- term initiatives). Each improvement initiative must define the benefits that would be achieved by its implementation. This allows proper prioritization to be achieved based upon ROI.
