THE STORY
Some years later, Senior now well and healthy, shows up at Berth’s office in Barcelona. He accuses Berth for stealing Private and wants the company back. The case goes to trial where Berth wins on all counts. Driven by rage Senior hires the Hells Angels to put pressure on Berth to change his mind. But Berth is fearless and after several failed attempts to intimidate Berth, the Hells Angels pulls out. Instead, Senior reaches out to a cocaine addicted and bribable tax manager at the Swedish IRS. It doesn’t take long until the biggest tax case in Swedish history makes the news and overnight Berth owes the IRS 70 million dollars. Berth claims his innocence and hires a private detective to prove that he is being set upped and that everything is orchestrated by Senior. Berth fails to introduce Private at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange due to the tax issue and the management at Private now see Berth as a liability. A situation that a dutch porn dis-tributor tries to benefit from by trying to take control over Private. And when Berth receives the news that the police has caught an under age porn model at a Private film location, he realizes that his whole empire is in jeopardy.
A family tragedy puts even more pressure on Berth – his daughter has been kidnapped with a ransom of 5 millon dollars – and he makes the decision that it’s time to settle with Senior once and for all.
