However, the market for building materials is considered to be volatile, and sudden price increases could occur through no fault of CentiMark. Since the quotes are material terms of this Proposal, CentiMark exclusively reserves the right to revoke, without written notice, the quotes at any time prior to a valid purchase order or fully executed contract.
