Durant Masonic Scholarship Winners
The Durant Masonic Lodge recently presented $500 scholarships to two Southeastern Oklahoma State University students. The two students: Madelynn Coffey from Mead, OK a Health and Human Performance major, and Cody Ryan Norris from Irving, TX an Occupational Safety and Health major. Both are student-athletes with Ms. Coffey participating in cross country and track and field and Mr. Norris in football.
The scholarships are awarded annually based on students’ academic performance and an essay in which each of the students articulated their connections to Freemasonry.
