Special Agreements made between the Agent and the Landlord:
I/We agree to instruct Fresh Estate & Letting Agents Limited on the ‘FRESH PREMIUM’ Managed Service, which carries the following fees: Monthly fee of 18% (15% + VAT), of the monthly rent with an initial setting up fee of 48% (40% + VAT) of the first months rent, subject to a minimum fee of £360 (£300 + VAT). Plus an inventory charge of £114 (Inc. VAT) and a Tenant Move out fee of £150 (Inc. VAT)

Plus an inventory charge of £114 (Inc. VAT) and a Tenant Move out fee of £150 (Inc. VAT)

The Agent may agree to limit the fee to the value of the 1st Months’ rent, including Vat, for lower rental value properties. If this is the case it should be stated in the special agreement section on the landlord forms.
