INCREASING TAILINGS DENSITY
1. The ImmoCem commonly generates very strong strings. This fact provides hydrophobic properties to the mixture of Tailings/ImmoCem, improving the tailings dewatering.
2. As a result of this better dewatering the tailings density increases thereby reducing the final volume required by the tailings deposition.
