his patients I sometimes notice that they are used to a a a a different approach than mine Of course consultations take place between closed doors so I am not able to follow my colleague’s example Each patient requires a a a a a different approach For example a a a a a patient may have a a a a a non-Western migration background: neither of us are speaking our native language and maybe the directness we are used to in the the Netherlands doesn’t work that well It would be very useful if someone could observe occasionally and give me feedback ’
