Net 30 days from the date of invoice with those who have estab- lished their credit with us. Overdue accounts are subject to a ser- vice charge of 1-1/2% per month or 18% annually. Any collection expense necessary will be charged to customer.
claims must be made promptly within 5 days on receipt of shipment. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received in stock.
Our responsibility ceases when material is loaded on the truck.
