Placing an order: Place your order by telephone, fax, or email info@sunmarkseeds.com. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or check. Canadian accounts: remit in U.S. funds. International accounts: remit via wire transfer of U.S. Funds, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, VISA, or MasterCard. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping and Handling Policy: All seed is shipped F.O.B. Portland, Oregon. Domestic shipment is by UPS, or truck for best delivery. International shipment is by Airborne, or UPS on LTL quantities; ocean- going vessel for full container quantities. We do not ship C.O.D.
Claims: Claims for damage, error, or shortage must be made in writing within seven days of product receipt.
Pricing: The prices in this catalog are for wholesale trade only. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice due to changing market conditions. We reserve the right to prorate deliveries in case of shortage, or to be released from delivery entirely in case of crop failure or other causes beyond our control.

Warranty: Sunmark Seeds International, Inc. warrants that the seeds are as described on the container within recognized tolerances in the trade and are of high quality. The seeds have been described under State and Federal seed laws and have been tested by a registered seed laboratory. This is the sole warranty; we make none other, expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee establishment of plants due to various factors over which we have no control. No liability hereunder shall be asserted unless a buyer or user reports to Sunmark Seeds International, Inc. within 45 days of receipt of seed any conditions that might lead to a complaint. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the seed only.
