TERMS: CLAIMS:
Net 30 days from the date of invoice with those who have established their credit with us. Overdue accounts are subject to a service charge of 1-1/2% per month or 18% annually. Any collection expense necessary will be charged to customer.
Claims must be made promptly within 5 days on receipt of shipment. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received in stock.
SHIPPING: Our responsibility ceases when material is loaded on the truck. PLEASE NOTE
PRICES:
Balled and Burlapped prices in this catalog are net prices.
• All material is shipped B & B unless requested otherwise.
• This list is printed to assist our customers while visiting our
nursery, so that items of interest will not be overlooked.
• Material shipped F.O.B., Gresham, Oregon
• Pool loads can be arranged.
• Items listed will be items usually grown and available.
• Prices will be the average wholesale prices common to the
trade-in this area.
• We are proud of our quality and packing. We desire to serve
you in such a manner that you can make a pro t and return for
more of our plants. Our success is dependent upon your success.
• Early placement of orders is recommended as the supply has
