P. 11
A lot of people say “I’m just
not good at selling.” And they
use this as their objection or roadblock to achieving abundance in this business. People use it to explain why they feel defeated and frustrated. They also put a tremendous amount of pressure on themselves to “SELL” kits, and then beat themselves up when they don’t enroll as much as the next person.
So here’s are little reminder about the way we do this business: We don’t need to SELL to people. Think about it....How many of you were “sold” a kit by your enroller? Or, quite possibly,
did you observe your enroller’s enthusiasm? Feel their passion? Hear their testimonials? And then you CHOSE to try the oils??? I imagine this is the truth for most of
us. Nobody “SOLD” you....they “INTRODUCED” you to these amazing products.
So as we put this business into high gear, attempt to change more lives, and to reach bigger goals, I would challenge each and every one of you to replace the word “SELL” in your vocabulary with something like “SHARE or “INTRODUCE.” Just kick that word “sell” to the curb!!! LIKE NOW!!! Because honestly, that’s what we do! THAT small shift is what makes this team different and ABUNDANTLY successful.
But this doesn’t mean that you’re not allowed to say “if you want more information leave your email”. People need to know that they CAN start their journey with you! THIS SHOULDN’T BE ALL
THAT YOU’RE POSTING!!! Find balance. Talk about the starter kit 1 every 5 posts or something that you nd that works. But speak more about WHAT the oils are doing for you rather than HOW they can be bought! Share your story, how these oils/products work for you. How you use them.
Nobody here has a PhD in “SALES.” We don’t need that...as long as we’re speaking from our hearts, sharing our passion, and maintaining integrity while doing so....the introductions will ow!!
This thing is a HEART game... speak from your heart and SHARE...So this month I am challenging you to get back to the basics of sharing.
Post about what oil you used and why (keeping FDA compliance in mind) RATHER than a vague post about “essential oils can help you and your family buy from me”.
Second challenge is for you to quickly write up a post about an oil you used today and post it here in the comments for us to learn from each other! Tell your story about it, why you used it, how you used it and try and keep it your own words like you’re talking to a friend at lunch.
