This spectacular golf club has proudly served as the venue for four Presidents Cup events. Most recently, RTJ proudly served as the venue for the Solheim
Cup in 2024, and the LIV Golf Virginia event in June of 2025. The course architect and patriarch, Robert Trent Jones, Sr., set the bar high by creating his masterpiece from a special parcel on Lake Manassas that he considered to be the best golf course land he’d ever seen. The club was the host venue for the 1994, 1996, 2000 and 2005 Presidents Cups, with four presidents serving as honorary chairmen, as well as the PGA Tour’s 2015 Quicken Loans National, won by Troy Merritt.
