“Duba Island in the Okavango delta, two Lionesses work in tandem on a hunt, using the thick dry grass as their cover. Photographed during the making of The Last Lions as a feature documentary for National Geographic. In the first few months with all the press, social media and released only in cinemas in the States, we managed to address the problem that lions are been killed at an alarming rate and we are moving them to extinction, I believe we reached 93 Million people before the film moved onto the National Geographic hero channel.”
