The 2019 BVD Heritage Production Sale was my second attempt at an online
horse auction. I will admit my first experience with another company did not go
well, after a purchase was found to be misrepresented. With a heavy dose of
skepticism, I approached last year’s BVD Heritage catalog with great trepidation.
Being old school, I always prefer to put my eyes and hands on a prospective
purchase but with each presale inquiry I made, my concern lessoned, especially
given the great selection of horses to choose from. By sale day, I was confident in
this group and willing to take a chance. That decision turned out to be an excellent
one. I purchased an outstanding Moonshine Creek yearling filly. She arrived at my
ranch, three states away, exactly as advertised. The seller, office staff, and the
shipper, were all top notch professionals and every communication was handled
