Continuing our yearly commitment to add new products, in 2019 we will enhance and expand our product offering with new, innovative tools and equipment that serve
the HVAC/R industry and help get the job done—JUST BETTER.
The upcoming year will focus on growth. JB will expand our professional team of employees and invest in systems and processes to ensure the latest technologies and resources are available for product research and development. We will continue our collaborative approach to product development by soliciting input from customers, sales representatives, distributors, and employees to ensure that our product development efforts are in line with customer needs. As part of this approach, we will be reaching out to industry members to join us in focus groups that will guide the development of our future products and how they can better serve industry needs. We look forward to these partnerships as we strive to remain consistent to our brand quality and innovative to the competitive markets we serve.
JB products have been and will continue to be manufactured in the USA, thereby reaffirming JB’s commitment to protect American jobs and keep our dollars at home. This will be achieved by keeping costs under control and continuing to invest in technology that allows us to remain competitive without sacrificing quality. In response to recently implemented trade tariffs, the effect on the majority of JB customers has been and will remain—zero!
As we grow, we remain loyal to our valued wholesaler and customer relationships with the promise and commitment to providing optimum value, flexibility and ease-of-doing business. JB remains an industry leader due to our customer and employee loyalty.
