Humans like it level
Some images, not all, can benefit from what appears to be a base or level foundation and the crazy thing is not all bases are at the bottom!
As you can see in these two examples, the models provide you with a visual ‘level’ (or horizon line) in the image which will let the viewer know where the majority of the image will be.
Fun fact: Eyes are typically the first thing that we as humans search for in an image.
