HIGH GROWTH
Over the past two years the developers, together with the municipality, created an urban design guideline that set out to manage all future developments in this area to promote pedestrian access, safety and the use of non-motorised transport. Plans are also to extend the Stellenbosch University green route into the Dennesig area and implement a neighbourhood shuttle service around town.
With these well thought through design guidelines, the Dennesig area will become a prominent investment node and will dictate the future urban fabric of Stellenbosch.
