KALE AND APPLE SALAD
Time to make: 15 min | Servings: 8
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon or brown mustard
1 clove garlic minced
1 bunch kale
2 apples chopped
1 head romaine lettuce chopped
1⁄4 cup raisins or dried cranberries*
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped
basil Optional chopped
nuts*
Directions:

mustard

For softer kale
